Elliot's Oyster House

While in Seattle over the weekend for a wedding, I had the chance to enjoy more seafood than I really should be allowed (i.e. allergies) but nevertheless great heaps of it meal after meal. Elliot's was particularly impressive for its extensive oyster list. Boasting a 21 foot long oyster bar and over 35 species of oysters, you can be sure you're in for a treat, provided you like oysters. There's also a great selection of wild salmon and other seafood. The clams were delicious as were the crab cakes and a warm crab, shrimp, and artichoke dip. With Seattle's long sunsets, beer and seafood on the pier was delightful to say the least.
