Save Fashion!

Save Fashion posters and Save Fashion pins have been popping up around New York City. Created by Office of AIR in collaboration with Refinery 29, Save Fashion is a pop-up shop that will feature four weeks of rotating designers at sample sale price (!!!) starting May 1st at the Port Authority. The project will support the hard-hit fashion and design industries in NYC during the recession. Seen as a call to action, using buttons, posters, t-shirts, stickers and outdoor advertising the Save Fashion campaign is carried out like an election campaign or protest movement. Drawing inspiration from
iconic images of protest and politics such as those from the turbulent 60s, the posters and buttons are simple and effective.
