English Breakfast & Eggs Royale

Our final meal in Montreal was a lovely breakfast at The Sparrow, an english gastropub. The head chef Cohen has a notable background working with the likes of Gordon Ramsay in London and at Le Club Chasse et Peche in Montreal. The bottomless coffee isn't burnt like most places and comes complementary with every order. Our meals (between 5) consisted of English Breakfast (Sausage, boudin, eggs, bacon, bubble & squeak), Eggs Royale, banana and chocolate doughnuts, burgers and fries... and more. Delicious and not overly greasy like some breakfasts can be. A great way to kickstart the day. (partial photos via Flickr)
