I remember first seeing Alex Roman's work awhile back, snippets of his animation of Louis Khan's Exeter Library as well as videos on creating whole CG landscape through generative means. In an elective I'm taking as well as on Arch Daily, his more recent compilation entitled The Third and the Seventh was shown. It works as a stunning showcase of his abilities and inserts some fun little references (that of Magritte). The compositing work is quite sophisticated (see video below).
